Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Python and SQL
  • Build and optimize Agentic AI systems for real-world applications
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enhanced information retrieval which shall be used for chat bot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to deliver robust AI products
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and reliability
  • Document processes, code, and model decisions for transparency and reproducibility

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development
  • Proven experience with Agentic AI systems and frameworks
  • Hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • Experience fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, etc.)
  • Experience with Speech To Text model is desirable
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
  • Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments
