We are looking for a visionary Content Creator (Senior/Team Lead) to spearhead our creative output. In this role, you won't be expected to push pixels yourself, but you must be the master of the "Big Idea." You will bridge the gap between client objectives and creative execution, ensuring every piece of static or video content is on-brand, high-impact, and strategically sound.
Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy & Direction: Develop and oversee the communication direction for both static and video content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client KPIs.
- Creative Briefing & Art Direction: Craft clear, high-impact Creative Briefs for Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Photographers. You must maintain strict control over Mood & Tone and visual quality without performing the technical artwork yourself.
- Content Repurposing (Asset Maximization): Analyze and transform existing internal assets (e.g., long-form shows, raw footage, or live events) into high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of creators to ensure projects are delivered on time. Provide constructive feedback and professional guidance to elevate the team's creative standards.
- Client Management & Presentation: Act as the creative point of contact for clients, effectively pitching concepts and translating their feedback into actionable creative adjustments.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance (Engagement, Reach, Conversion) and utilize data-driven insights to refine future creative strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Content Creation, Creative Direction, or Digital Marketing (Leadership experience is highly preferred).
- Visual Excellence: A strong "Good Aesthetic Eye" with a deep understanding of art composition, lighting, color theory, and video pacing/rhythm.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, inspire, and articulate complex creative concepts to both clients and internal teams.
- Strategic Adaptability: Ability to "catch the trend" and pivot existing situations or news into viral-ready content instantly.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of social media algorithms and the unique "culture" of each platform (TikTok, IG, FB, YT).
- Pressure Management: Proven ability to solve problems on the fly and manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.
