Online Media Content & System

  • เขียนบทความ Content ใหม่ในสื่อออนไลน์ของบริษัทฯ (Facebook, Website, Line)
  • ดูแล วิดิโอคอนเทนต์ ใน Tiktok และ IG Reels ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนถ่ายทำ
  • เขียน Storyboard
  • บรีฟกราฟฟิค เพื่อทำ Artwork และตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
  • โพสต์บทความหรือโปรโมชั่นลงในสื่อออนไลน์ตามแผนงาน (ฺBusiness Suite, LineOA)
  • ดูแลการลิงก์ ข้อมูลในระบบให้ถูกต้อง อาทิ Rich Menu, Pin Location
  • ดูแลความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา Artwork เดิม และอัพเดทข้อมูลใหม่ๆ ในสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อพัฒนาประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า

Celebs KOL

  • คัดสรร Celebs KOL จาก Instagram Facebook Tiktok Twitter
  • เตรียม Message ที่ต้องการสื่อสาร และบรีฟข้อความให้กับ Celebs KOL
  • ติดต่อนัดหมาย Celebs KOL
  • ประสานงาน Area Manager เพื่อส่งสินค้าในการถ่ายทำ

Storefront

  • ดูแลภาพลักษณ์หน้าร้าน รวมถึงการจัดวางสื่อ ร่วมกับทีมกราฟิก
  • บรีฟกราฟิก/Supplier เพื่อทำ Artwork และตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง

Coordinate

  • รวมรวมข้อมูลของสาขา เพื่อเป็นฐานในการทำข้อมูลเชิงการตลาด
  • ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่ทำร่วมกับแผนกการตลาด

Flow Account (ขออนุมัติค่าใช้จ่าย)

  • รวมเอกสารให้ผู้บริหาร approve
  • รีเควสการจ่ายเงินค่าใช้จ่าย Marketing ในรูปแบบที่ถูกต้องผ่านระบบ Flow Account
คุณสมบัติ
  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content Marketing / Social Media Marketing อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจร้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  • รู้จักการทำโฆษณาบน Facebook, TikTok, Instagram หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ
  • มีความสามารถในการเขียนเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจ และเข้าใจพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคในโลกออนไลน์
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดีสามารถติดตามผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญและนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดได้
  • มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานให้ตอบสนองกับธุรกิจ
  • มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
  • ใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานสำหรับตัดต่อหรือออกแบบเบื้องต้น เช่น Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
  • ใช้งานโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Office, Google Workspace ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
