We are seeking a highly motivated and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex user problems and translating them into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs.

Core Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in UX/UI Design or related professional graphic design roles.

  • Analytics & Technical Foundation:

  • Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design decisions.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and fundamental Front-end Development principles to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Developer team.
  • API & Data Flow Understanding: Basic comprehension of API principles and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Component Design & Frameworks: Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and the structure of Front-end Frameworks to design components that are optimized for real-world application.
  • Design Process Mastery: Strong understanding of the User Experience (UX) process and proven ability to execute high-quality User Interface (UI) design.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate design concepts and present research findings clearly and effectively to both the team and executive management.

II. Highly Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience in using or supporting ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.

  • Collaboration & Mediation: Proven ability to work collaboratively with Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders, serving as a bridge to align user needs with technical feasibility.
