In this role, you will lead and execution of Business Partnerships & Purchasing strategies, overseeing day-to-day procurement functions.

Job Description:

- Manage external partnerships to align with the company's mission and strategies.

- Stay updated on industry developments, sharing insights with the team.

- Handle paperwork and approval for initiatives.

- Monitor supplier performance KPIs.

- Analyze project development possibilities, data, and ROI, selecting optimal choices.

- Collect additional income to support revenue goals.

- Lead and develop the purchasing team, ensuring timely deliveries and effective systems.

- Identify, negotiate, and close new business partnership opportunities.

- Generate monthly reports for cost reduction and best practices alignment.

- Measure and achieve key targets aligned with Procurement KPIs Dashboard.

- Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, General Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or related fields.

- 3-5 years' experience in Managerial level and in fields of property management, Business Partnership, deal brokerage or Real estate consultancy fields.

- Experience in large transactions like M&A, JV, and Sales.

- Strong communication skills in English and Thai.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

- Knowledge of procurement work and contract management.

- Familiarity with equipment and spare parts for building maintenance.
