Job position: Admin Officer (CRM & Sale support)

Champion3 is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we are seeking an experienced Admin Officer (CRM) to join our team. As an Admin officer supporting CRM & Sale, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest products to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with our Account Manager to strategically plan and align efforts.
  • Understand and address individual customer needs effectively.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to retain customers, enhance brand loyalty, and expand brand value.
  • Segment the customer database for targeted marketing activities.
  • Plan, execute, and assess performance of CRM programs within internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as administrator (CRM), training is available by our Team Account Manager.
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (1 year experience would a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills to manage competing demands.
  • Attention to details for maintaining CRM data integrity.
  • Commercial awareness for designing campaigns based on the target market.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.

    (1 year minimum work experience in related fields)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Thai (will be strongly considered)
  • Team player with leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 8:00 am – 17:00 pm
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Location: Champion3 Co., Ltd. 32/8 Moo 9, Tambol Nongprue, Muang Pattaya, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi 20150
