Responsibility: As Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be both the strategic architect of our people strategy and the hands-on builder of our talent engine. You'll partner directly with leaders across Plantae to design the organization, culture, and teams that power our mission.

You won't just "manage HR" — you'll shape how we grow: who we hire, how we lead, and how we build an environment where A-Players thrive. Half strategist, half recruiter — 100% business partner driving growth through people.

  • Partner with leadership to translate business strategy into actionable people plans.
  • Build and execute end-to-end hiring strategies that bring in exceptional talent across all levels.
  • Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning to elevate team capability.
  • Coach leaders to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
  • Lead culture and engagement initiatives that keep Plantae a place of purpose and performance.
  • Build scalable HR systems, processes, and data frameworks that support growth.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — from workforce planning to onboarding — ensuring quality, speed, and cultural fit.
  • Strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience across every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

  • 2 yrs+ experience in HRBP and TA in startup business.
  • Strategic partner — connects people strategy to business outcomes with clarity and impact.
  • Talent magnet — knows how to identify, attract, and close A-Players who fit both role and culture.
  • Business thinker — speaks the language of growth, numbers, and outcomes.
