SEA Regional Talent Partner

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Recruiter – SEA Countries to lead and support full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who can collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and attract top talent across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regional labor markets and a proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and securing candidates in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the assigned regional market.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing techniques, job fairs, networking events, and strategic use of social media platforms.
- Partner with regional hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and job fit.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Stay current with local employment laws, market trends, and the hiring practices of your competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English skills are excellent. A knowledge of Chinese or a third language is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
- Strong understanding of regional labor markets and sourcing channels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
