Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

To manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver quality hires on time and within budget. This role partners closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and improve recruitment efficiency through data and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1) End-to-End Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates based on competencies and business needs.
- Coordinate reference checks and required pre-employment documentation.
- Execute active sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain talent pools for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring and specialized roles (e.g., Sales, Retail, Operations, Corporate).
- Act as a recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Manage expectations and communicate recruitment progress clearly and consistently.
- Support hiring managers with structured interview approaches and evaluation criteria.
- Prepare offer details and coordinate internal approvals.
- Support salary negotiation and close candidates professionally to improve offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey to reduce drop-offs.
- Track and report key TA metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
- Provide weekly/monthly recruitment updates with insights and improvement actions.
- Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment content.
- Improve recruitment tools and standards (e.g., interview guides, scorecards, hiring process, ATS usage).
- Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to improve speed and quality of hiring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science , Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (end-to-end).
- Experience in Retail, B2C, Sales , or high-volume hiring is a plus.
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social recruiting).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good reporting skills with Excel (basic analysis, pivot/reporting is a plus).
