ENVFO is the family office of Per Enevoldsen, founder of Pandora – the world's largest jewelry brand. One of its core investments is Aleta, a next-generation wealth management platform that empowers family offices and wealth managers with a holistic, real-time view of their portfolios.
Aleta brings together all investment data in one place and offers advanced analytics, automation, and ESG insights. The platform is used by clients globally, including ENVFO itself, and has teams in Copenhagen and, Aarhus, Denmark – as well as New York, USA.
Aleta is a tight-knit team of specialists in finance and software development, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. They love taking initiative and fostering a team culture where ideas thrive and innovation is encouraged.
What you'll be doing
As our Finance Operations Associate, you'll be part of the growing Aleta team in Bangkok, working closely with our Finance Team Lead and Aleta's Client Excellence team in Denmark. You'll help make sure our clients' portfolios are reflected correctly in Aleta and that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
You'll be hands-on with investment data, bank statements, and our internal tools, becoming a go-to person for keeping things accurate, structured, and under control.
Your role could include:
· Monitoring and performing regular reconciliations of client portfolios and cash balances on a daily basis to ensure that positions and transactions in Aleta match the data from custodian banks.
· Registering and updating trades, cash movements, fees, and corporate actions in Aleta based on source documents and instructions.
· Maintaining clear documentation, checklists, and routines for recurring operational tasks to ensure consistency and reliability.
· Collaborating closely with colleagues in Bangkok and Denmark to meet deadlines and resolve operational issues in a structured way.
· Checking that automated data imports and interfaces from banks and custodians run as expected, investigating and correcting errors or missing data where possible, and flagging any issues that require further escalation.
· A customer-centric approach to ensuring smooth operations and timely data delivery.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with a mix of structure, curiosity, and a love for numbers. We don't expect you to tick every single box, but if you recognize yourself in some of the points below, let's talk.
· A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another finance-related field.
· –5 years of experience in a finance-related role. Internships, part-time positions, or a first full-time job in banking, securities, audit, or similar are all relevant.
· Comfortable working with bank statements, portfolio data, and spreadsheets on a daily basis.
· A structured and detail-oriented mindset – you love precision and order.
· The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
· A high level of honesty and integrity – you handle confidential data with discretion.
· Strong analytical skills and a structured way of thinking. You like to understand how processes work and how to make them more efficient over time.
· A proactive attitude – you ask questions when something looks off and you are not afraid to escalate issues instead of guessing.
· Good command of English, especially in reading and writing, and comfortable communicating with international colleagues.
