Job Description

Accountant plays a crucial part at The Panrentinc group in taking care of day-to-day activities and supporting financial documents.  He/She will be working with various teams in the organization in managing payments/ reimbursement/ and petty cash.

  • Record transactions such as sales, purchases, bank transactions and accruals in an efficient way.
  • Reconcile bank statements on a timely basis.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Assist with tax planning and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and coordination with external tax advisors.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks
  • Provide support to other departments on financial matters and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Providing internal & external auditors with necessary data, coordinate with external audit.
  • Administrative and other assigned tasks related to accounting and finance part

Requirements :

  • 3+ Years of experience as Accountant/ Accounting Officer
  • Excellent command in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
  • Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and closing processes
  • Competent accounting, tax and treasury knowledge
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Google G-suite and If you have experience in XERO and ODOO is plus)
