Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Accounting Manager to oversee operational accounting shared services, lead process improvement initiatives, and manage ad-hoc transformation projects. This role requires strong expertise in accounting operations and SAP processes, with the ability to drive change, enhance efficiency, and prepare the accounting shared service function to support a fast-moving and growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting shared service operations (mainly AR and AP) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Lead and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization across accounting operations.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, internal controls, and scalability of the accounting shared services team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Tax, Business Units, IT) to ensure smooth processes and operational excellence.
  • Oversee SAP accounting processes, monitor system performance, and support enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with TFRS, IFRS, SET/SEC requirements, and relevant government regulations.
  • Prepare and review reports for management and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Financial Controller Director, focusing on business transformation and growth readiness.
  • Develop, mentor, and guide team members to build a high-performing shared services function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's degree or CPA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, operations, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules preferred) and other ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, automation, or shared service transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
