About the role

  1. Supervise, manage, and be able to perform daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL).
  2. Prepare and file Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and Corporate Income Tax reports.
  3. Handle billing and invoicing for service fees, and follow up on payments from Insurance companies.
  4. Review and verify the accuracy of accounting documents and financial transactions.
  5. Prepare monthly and yearly closing reports.
  6. Support the Accounting Manager in preparing financial statements and management analysis reports.
  7. Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documents for the annual audit.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

  10. จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
  11. ดูแลการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ค่าบริการ และติดตามการชำระเงินจากบริษัทรับประกันภัย
  12. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชีและรายการทางการเงิน
  13. จัดทำรายงานปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและปี
  14. สนับสนุนหัวหน้าแผนกบัญชีในการจัดทำรายงานการเงินและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  15. ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอก และเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจสอบบัญชีประจำปี
  16. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

What we're looking for

  • Thai Nationality, bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation.
  • Good command in English. Able to liaise with foreign clients or management in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Ability to use accounting program, Express, is required
  • Computer skill in MS Office, E-mail and Internet is a must.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
