Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher (Food Science, Food Engineering, Biotechnology or related field
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as the development and implementation cycle of new products/processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing objectives and strategies.
• Knowledge of regulatory and consumer requirements.
• Knowledge of industry "Best-in-class" standards.
• Understanding of environmental issues, safety issues and quality of regulations.
• Understanding GMP, food safety program, plant hygiene, and pest control.
• Have a basic knowledge of maintenance of production machinery & related equipment.
• Understanding of financial principles.
• Total Productive Maintenance, OEE
• GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
• Environmental Health and Safety management
• Energy management

Responsibility

• Leads & controls day to day production & operations in order to achieve Cost, Quality, Efficiency, Service and Safety in Manufacturing.
• Get Involve in weekly production plan scheduling in order to prevent any lost.
• Continuously reviews performance of manufacturing area and takes action to modify processes and performance to achieve targets.
• Displays a strong understanding of the vision of the manufacturing department & effectively aligns departmental processes & projects to those of the Technical Operations Division.
• Promotes teamwork, provide feedback & coaching to create a high performing manufacturing team of superior talent to achieve the objectives
• Works with multiple departments (Logistics, QA/QA, Engineering, Packaging & Technical Services) to ensure that the introduction of new technology & process improvements occur within the most cost effective & cost saving timeframe.
• Supporting to drive innovation project and non-innovation project Focus on Quality control improvement to mitigate Micro contamination and foreign matter.
• Set Training program, Position profile, training need, competency of each position.
• Familiar and fluently utilize MES software such as SAP, Manugistics, -etc-
• Implement SCEP in Manufacturing
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required
