หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • กำหนดแผนการตลาดโดยใช้หลัก Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ทดสอบ ทดลอง และปรับตามผลลัพธ์จริง

  • บริหารจัดการแคมเปญโฆษณาบนหลากหลายแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, YouTube และ Email

  • สร้างระบบติดตามผลการตลาดผ่าน Dashboard เพื่อวัดผลลัพธ์แบบเรียลไทม์

  • วิเคราะห์และควบคุมค่าโฆษณา พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงเมื่อ ROAS หรือ KPI ไม่เป็นไปตามเป้า

  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขาย เพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายยอดขายจากกลยุทธ์การตลาด

  • นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานรายสัปดาห์ แยกตามแพลตฟอร์ม ช่องทาง และประเภทแคมเปญ

  • ควบคุมงบประมาณการตลาดทั้งหมด (ad spend, เครื่องมือ, ค่าจ้างฟรีแลนซ์ ฯลฯ) ภายใต้ ROI ที่ชัดเจน

  • วางแผนและดำเนินการแคมเปญที่เน้นผลลัพธ์จริง (Performance-based Marketing)

  • สนับสนุนการขยายช่องทางการตลาดใหม่ เพื่อกระจายความเสี่ยงและสร้างการเติบโต

  • วางกลยุทธ์การตลาดดิจิทัลให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจในแต่ละไตรมาส และในระยะยาว

  • อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

  • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสายงาน Digital Marketing หรือ Performance Marketing

  • มีความสามารถในการวางกลยุทธ์การตลาด ครอบคลุมทั้งเป้าหมาย ผลลัพธ์ และงบประมาณ

  • มีความเข้าใจและเคยใช้ ROAS, CPL, Conversion Rate, และ Sales เป็นตัวชี้วัดหลักในการตัดสินใจ

  • มีประสบการณ์การสร้าง Dashboard และวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญอย่างเป็นระบบ

  • สามารถบริหารแคมเปญโฆษณาแบบ Multi-Channel ได้พร้อมกันหลายแพลตฟอร์ม

  • เคยทำแคมเปญที่สร้างผลลัพธ์เป็นรายได้จริง หรือมีกำไร (มีผลงานเป็น "money-making campaign")

  • เข้าใจการตลาดแบบ Performance-Based และสามารถบริหาร KPI และยอดขายจากฝั่งการตลาดได้

  • มีประสบการณ์ใช้แนวคิด MVP ในการทดสอบตลาด บริการ หรือแคมเปญใหม่ๆ

  • มีความสามารถในการวางแผนการทำงานและการจัดการงบประมาณอย่างมืออาชีพ

  • ชอบวัดผลด้วยข้อมูล มีความสามารถในการทำงานกับข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ
