Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious
AI & Software Engineering Intern
to work directly with our co-founders in developing and scaling cutting-edge AI solutions and software products for our business. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI development, machine learning implementation, full-stack software engineering, and product development, all within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, resourceful individual with a relentless drive to achieve results. You will work closely with the leadership team to execute critical AI and software engineering initiatives and build a foundation for innovative AI-powered products and robust software solutions that contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development:
  Collaborate with co-founders to design, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems that solve real business problems.
• Software Development:
  Build and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, and software infrastructure that integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
• Research and Innovation:
  Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, software engineering best practices, and methodologies to inform product development strategies.
• Implementation and Deployment:
  Support the development of AI prototypes, software applications, proof-of-concepts, and production systems, ensuring alignment with the company's technical goals.
• Technical Documentation:
  Assist in creating technical specifications, model documentation, API documentation, and implementation guides for AI and software solutions.
• Performance Optimization:
  Monitor and analyze AI model performance and software system efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with teams across engineering, product, and data to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities and software features.
• Problem Solving:
  Proactively address technical challenges and remove roadblocks to enable the success of AI and software engineering initiatives.
• Ad Hoc Projects:
  Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong programming skills in Python and at least one additional language (JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar). Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), web development frameworks, and database technologies.
• AI/ML Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical methods. Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
• Software Engineering:
  Experience with software development lifecycle, version control (Git), testing methodologies, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Energy and Drive:
  High energy and strong ability to take initiative, work independently, and navigate through technical challenges.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English, with ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Duration:
  Minimum commitment of 3 months for the internship.
