Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory & Logistics Operations

◦ Coordinate daily stock movements between store, local warehouse, and HQ in China.

◦ Support and supervise stock keepers in daily operations such as stock receiving,

transfers, RTVs, and cycle counts with accurate documentation.

◦ Monitor stock accuracy in POS and report discrepancies or shrinkage issues.

◦ Assist in preparation and reconciliation of monthly stock reports and audits.

◦ Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure stock requests and deliveries to store are

executed smoothly and on schedule.

◦ Track packaging and maintenance tools stock levels to ensure consistent availability in

store.

  1. Finance & Vendor Management

◦ Manage vendor invoices and upload them into the payment system on a timely basis.

◦ Follow up on payment status with finance team and ensure proper documentation and

compliance with company timelines.

◦ Coordinate with accounting partner and CN finance for invoice, tax, and payment-related

processes.

  1. Sales & System Operations

◦ Ensure smooth function of POS system and troubleshoot with CN IT team or vendors

when needed.

◦ Verify daily sales reports, cash and e-payment reconciliation, and ensure compliance with

finance timelines.

◦ Maintain sales data accuracy and ensure all operational forms and trackers are updated

and submitted on schedule.

  1. Store Operations & Administration

◦ Support Store Manager in monitoring store SOPs, operations checklists, and visual

standards.

◦ Prepare and maintain store operation forms and trackers (e.g., maintenance logs, queue

management, after-sales log, client data report).

◦ Organize meeting venues and logistics for store/office teams from overseas upon request.

◦ Conduct weekly back-of-house condition checks and ensure operational readiness for

sales and client servicing.

  1. Marketing & PR Coordination

◦ Coordinate with PR and Marketing teams to support in-store activities, events, or

collaborations.

◦ Liaise with KOLs/influencers for any in-store activations or promotional activities as

assigned.

◦ Ensure all operational requirements for events and collaborations are well prepared and

aligned with store and HQ teams.

  1. After-Sales & Client Support

◦ Support after-sales service process — product intake, vendor communication, repair

tracking, and client updates.

◦ Coordinate with HQ QC and local vendor for repair estimates, return logistics, and

completion follow-up.

◦ Ensure all after-sales cases are recorded and closed in a timely manner with client

satisfaction.

  1. Cross-Department Collaboration

◦ Act as a liaison between Thailand team , local partners and HQ (China) for stock,

operations, and finance-related topics.

◦ Assist with operational needs for pop-up events, exhibitions, and in-store activations.

Qualifications

◦ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

◦ 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, back-office coordination, or store

administration will be a plus (luxury/premium brand experience preferred).

◦ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

◦ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems

◦ Good command of Chinese and Thai (English communication is a plus).

Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
