Job Description

  • Handle and track escalations related to credit products, focusing on National Credit Bureau (NCB)-related issues.
  • Investigate and verify reported issues to ensure accurate resolution.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution within the agreed service levels (SLA).
  • Develop FAQs and response scripts to support Customer Service teams with NCB-related inquiries.
  • Analyze trends in escalations and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Work closely with Product team and Credit Operations team to support issue investigations and post-monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year of experience in operations or related field
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in Thai (English will be an advantage)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
