Junior BI & Data AutomationJoin our team to drive business efficiency through data excellence and automation. You'll manage critical mutual fund data and monthly incentive calculations while developing automation solutions that enhance operations across departments. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills in Excel/SQL/Python and meticulous attention to detail who can transform complex data into actionable insights that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate mutual fund data including fees, promotions, and special conditions across all platforms
  • Execute monthly and quarterly incentive calculations for revenue forecasting and advisor compensation
  • Reconcile estimated revenue with actual income and resolve discrepancies
  • Enhance incentive systems and processes to support business growth and changing requirements
  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency across business units

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools such as SQL / Python / BigQuery
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
  • Experience in Automation or Data Process Improvement will be an advantage

  • ออกแบบและพัฒนาโซลูชัน Automation เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานทุกหน่วยธุรกิจ

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:

  • จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • 0-2 ปีประสบการณ์ทำงาน
