Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support or Implementation roles
- Experience with insurance applications is a plus
- Good English communication skills (Able to coordinate with teams in China, Hong Kong, and India)
- Contract 6 Months (Renewal)
- Monitor and maintain applications in production environments to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development teams and users
- Document incidents and prepare resolution reports with root cause analysis (RCA)
- Track application performance using Dynatrace and Kibana, and report findings to the IT Product Owner
- Support application deployments and verify system stability after go-live
- Provide regular system status updates and communicate ongoing issues to stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Web application & API knowledge or Frontend Language)
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Kibana
- Databases: MongoDB, Robo3T
- OS & Access: UNIX commands, SecureCRT
- API Testing: SoapUI, Postman
- Tools: Jira, Excel
