We are seeking a Tester (QA) to evaluate and test software products to ensure they function as intended. You will be responsible for developing test plans, creating test cases, executing tests, and identifying bugs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering quality software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and security.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and UAT to validate fixes and enhancements.
  • Analyze test results, generate detailed test reports, and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Ensure that quality standards and processes are consistently followed throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Continuously refine and improve testing strategies, tools, and processes to enhance overall product quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese for effective communication with multilingual teams.
