Job highlight

Assist the Department Manager in supervising all production activities. Manage manpower on the production line. Solve problems and provide comprehensive reports. Ensure the quantity and quality of production output. Coordinate effectively with related departments.

About the role – you will

• Supervising of employees in Production, Reporting of production data (Quantities, Yield, H/C) in the defined and analyze these data.

• Assure that Working Instruction, Process Flows and Standard Times are followed.

• Analyze customer complaints and define / implement corrective action to prevent re-occurrence

• Support the establishing of standard times together with Engineer

• Control Production unit in terms of discipline, cleanliness and handing of equipment and products

• Responsible of the consumption of the essential material for his/her workshop to improve the consumption rate.

• Responsible of the setup, fine tuning and adjustment of the machines and equipment in his/her workshop

• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

• Make proposals of improvement on organization, productivity, responsible of the follow up of the tests

Your Experience includes (Qualification)

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial engineering or any related

• Experience in Production or Engineering 5 years up in Supervisor level

• At least 3 years of Experience with inventory and report
