Production Supervisor

We are actively seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to effectively oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring that production output, quality, cycle time, and cost align with the business plan.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the Assembly and Decoration operations in our manufacturing process.
- Ensure high-quality output, maintain production schedules, and optimize resources.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of decoration operators and technicians.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for all decorated products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance product quality.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production supervision, with a focus on decoration processes (pad printing, spray painting, etc.).
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards.
- Good English communication skills.
