Responsibilities:
Anywheel is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (Thai-English reading & writing) to achieve customer satisfaction and success with a leading micro-mobility service provider in Singapore.
- Respond promptly and resolve customers' real-time concerns and queries with care and professionalism via email and instant messaging channels.
- Troubleshoot the common issues of the service for customers effectively using both Thai and English proficiency.
- Manage and process backend appeals related to the micro-mobility service with careful attention and discretion according to the SOPs.
- Follow up with customer queries and ensure the satisfaction of service.
- Represent the positive image of the service with an open-mind and customer-centric mindset.
- Recommend suitable products of the service to customers.
- Monitor customers behavior, feedback, complaints, and suggestions and forward to the appropriate department.
- Monitor the operation of the service system, its pattern, and possible anomalies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Organize and categorize customers issues and queries in various situations, channels, and contexts.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in management or English-related fields)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced Thai and English reading and writing skills
- The ability to work in shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professionalism and patience
- Time-management skills
- Friendly, approachable, and open-minded manners

- The ability to handle chats and emails in high volume
