Role Description รายละเอียดงาน

• วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีของบริษัททั้งหมด

• จัดทำงบประมาณ ประมาณการกระแสเงินสด และวิเคราะห์สถานะทางการเงินของบริษัท

• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมรายรับ–รายจ่าย โดยเฉพาะรายได้จากการขายแพ็กเกจทัวร์ การจองโรงแรม ตั๋วเครื่องบิน และบริการท่องเที่ยวอื่น ๆ

• จัดทำและนำเสนองบการเงินให้ผู้บริหารเป็นประจำ

• ประสานงานกับธนาคาร สถาบันการเงิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ควบคุมการจัดทำบัญชีให้ถูกต้องตามหลักบัญชีและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมงานฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชี

• ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการเงินแก่ผู้บริหารเพื่อการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, monitor financial performance, manage cash flow, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The role involves supervising the finance team, coordinating audits, and optimising accounting processes.

• Strong financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and training finance personnel
• Proficiency in financial software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
• An understanding of the tourism or service industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
