Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer to support deployment, installation, testing, and maintenance of Anti-Drone / CUAS systems. This role involves working closely with the Singapore Engineering Team and supporting customers in Thailand and overseas.

You will be working directly with drones, radars, RF sensors, jammers, networking equipment, and related project hardware. The role requires strong practical skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to handle technical fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate and work closely with engineering teams in Singapore on project design, troubleshooting, and deployment matters.


• Support the integration and deployment of Anti-Drone hardware such as drones, radars, RF sensors, and jammers.


• Assist in system design, including layout planning, cable routing, network setup, and hardware configuration.


• Provide on-site technical support to clients, including installation, wiring, mounting, and system checks.


• Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning before handover to clients.


• Prepare accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, reports, and diagrams.


• Provide training and technical briefings to customers.


• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for deployed systems.


• Monitor project progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders.


• Undertake occasional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the overall project operations.

Requirements


• Strong proficiency in English for communication with Singapore HQ and international clients.


• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.


• Knowledge or experience in:


• RF systems (radio frequencies, antennas, interference basics)


• Drones / UAV technology


• Networking / IT systems (IP addressing, switches, basic configuration)


• Experience in the drone, aviation, or defense industry is advantageous.


• 1–2 years' experience in a related engineering or field-support role preferred.


• Comfortable with hands-on fieldwork, installation tasks, and traveling for deployments.


• Willing to work beyond standard hours when required for project deadlines or customer support.
