Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of IT security, including firewalls, cloud hosting, internet usage policies, and infrastructure protection.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security frameworks and governance structures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee critical security domains, including:

-Policies & Governance

-Asset & Access Management

-Cryptographic Controls

-Operations & Communications Security

-System Development Security

-Supplier Security & Third-Party Risk

-Incident Management & Response

  • Ensure business continuity, regulatory compliance, and data protection by managing disaster recovery planning, privacy frameworks, and adherence to global security standards.
  • Conduct regular IT security assessments, analyze vulnerabilities, and ensure alignment with industry benchmarks.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents, ensuring effective containment and timely remediation.
  • Oversee security architecture design, perform risk assessments, and manage business continuity strategies.
  • Coordinate penetration testing and proactively identify security gaps within applications and infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on security risks, emerging threats, and remediation strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to patch vulnerabilities and strengthen security controls.
  • Establish and enforce security guidelines for internal teams and external partnerships to enhance overall protection.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in IT security management and project leadership, preferably within the banking, fintech, or insurance sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven senior-level experience in IT security leadership, including security architecture design and management of mission-critical environments.
  • Certifications: Professional credentials such as CISSP, OSCP, or CISM are highly advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, strategic business insights.
