About the Role

The Account Executive at BASE Playhouse is responsible for managing client interactions, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes initiating outbound calls to potential clients, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and addressing customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction. The Account Executive also plays a key role in collaborating with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and analyze sales data to identify trends, ensuring all activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products or services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
  • Address customer concerns, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
