  1. Work with agency to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  2. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS).
  3. Manage social media channels, schedule posts, and engage with audiences.
  4. Track market insights & trends and competitor activities to support content and campaign planning.
  5. Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and brand content.
  6. Handle basic shooting, storyboarding, and video editing.
  7. Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Ads).
  8. Design basic marketing visuals including banners, social posts, ads, thumbnails, and product graphics.
  9. Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
  10. Monitor online marketplace content (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to ensure accurate, appealing, and strategic brand communication.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Mutimedia, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
  • Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Creative, proactive, and updated with social media trends.
  • Able to work fast, handle multiple suppliers, and meet tight timelines.
