We're seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist our Japanese-speaking clients. If you're fluent in Japanese and passionate about customer success, this is your chance to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your language skills and attention to detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Japanese account sales team
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients via email and phone
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and client documentation

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus
