Seeking an experienced and creative Beverage Manager to lead our pre-opening bar team at The Xperience in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all bar operations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
  • Manage beverage cost control, purchasing, and stock rotation.
  • Train and motivate the bar team on product knowledge and service excellence.
  • Develop signature cocktails and beverage menus aligned with the venue's identity.
  • Maintain supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Club Manager for daily operations and event requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as Beverage Manager or Head Bartender in high-end beach clubs, resorts, or nightlife venues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology trends.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
