The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring high-quality service, consistent beverage standards, effective cost control, and strong team leadership. This role ensures that beverage offerings align with brand standards and guest expectations while driving revenue, innovation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role within bar or beverage operations, preferably in luxury hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, mixology, and beverage cost management.

• Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.

• Proactive, guest-focused, and able to work under pressure.

• Good command of English and Thai is an advantage.

• WSET or mixology certification is a plus.

Personal Competencies

• Creative and trend-aware in beverage development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented leadership style with strong interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and passion for guest experience
