Position: AP Accounting Supervisor

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Company: The Fresh Food Company Limited

Key Responsibilities

  • Record vendor invoices and verify supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  • Process vendor payments (checks, wire transfers, etc.) in a timely manner through SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Monitor Accounts Payable aging and ensure timely settlement of outstanding balances.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and post journal entries related to Accounts Payable in SAP B1.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, including AP accruals.
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of AP records.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Business One (AP/GL modules).
  • Experience supporting financial and statutory reporting.
  • Experience in ERP system usage or implementation, preferably SAP B1.
  • Experience in F&B or Retail industry will be an advantage.
