About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at GAA GROUP COMPANY LIMITED. This full-time role is based in Bang Na, Bangkok and will play a crucial part in our company's financial reporting and accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and monitor full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filing (PND 1, 3, 53, PP30, etc.) and withholding tax processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit periods and resolve any audit issues.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Review and verify journal entries, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
  • Monitor project cost allocation and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the improvement and automation of financial systems and processes
  • Supervise and train junior accounting staff.

Ensure compliance with Thai Revenue Code and all relevant laws and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting; experience in construction or MEP industry is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai tax laws and TFRS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Express, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus.
