Job Responsibilities:
Independently oversee the development, negotiation, contracting, and full-cycle management of guilds and streamers in designated sub-regions across Southeast Asia (e.g.,
Thailand, Vietnam,
Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia).
Proactively identify and maintain high-quality guild and streamer partnerships, using AI tools to analyze partner data and execute customized growth strategies to improve engagement and monetization.
Conduct market and competitor analysis in the SEA livestreaming and social media industries, leveraging AI for data insights and producing regular market reports.
Share and implement AI-enabled innovations in marketing, content creation, and user engagement to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in
business development,
partnership, or channel management in the
Southeast Asian market;
experience with
livestreaming or social platforms
(e.g., TikTok, Bigo, Likee) is preferred.
Possesses an existing network of
guilds, influencers, or MCN partners
in one or more Southeast Asian countries.
Fluent English required; proficiency in Thai
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills; result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of achieving targets independently.
