About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Event & Content Executive to support our marketing and event initiatives in Thailand. This role offers hands-on exposure to on-ground event execution, content creation, and localized marketing communication. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Thai and English, passionate about events, and eager to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing events, university sessions, education fairs, and brand activations across Thailand.
  • Support logistics, vendor coordination, venue research, and event material preparation.
  • Be present on-site to assist with event setup, registration, guest engagement, and overall execution.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, content, and creative teams to align event deliverables.
  • Help track event budgets, payments, and prepare post-event reports, photos, and feedback summaries.
  • Research upcoming local events, partnerships, and activation opportunities.

Content & Localization Support:

  • Create and adapt marketing content, posts, and ad copies for Thai audiences.
  • Translate English marketing materials (emails, landing pages, captions, etc.) into Thai with cultural accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for localized design briefs and content visuals.
  • Support in managing local social media pages, posting event updates, and engaging with followers.
  • Assist in content creation for blogs, press releases, and email campaigns in Thai.
  • Capture on-ground content (photos, short videos, testimonials) during events.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
  • Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in event management, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; Canva or basic design tools preferred.
  • Creative, energetic, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to travel within Thailand for on-ground event support.

Working hour: 9AM - 6PM (Mon-Fri)

Location: One City Center - 548 Phloen Chit Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok, Thailand, Bangkok
