Miracle Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and elevate guest satisfaction to new heights.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences


• Lead, train, and motivate service teams to deliver high standards consistently


• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to align with brand expectations


• Manage inventory, cost controls, and operational budgets effectively


• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and exceptional guest engagement


• Collaborate closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure seamless coordination


• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards in compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications


• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in restaurant or F&B management, preferably in hotels or high-traffic venues


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver outstanding guest service


• Fluency in Thai and good command of English


• A proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail

Salary: 80,000THB - 100,000THB + Benefits + Bonus
