About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Manage front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback or complaints.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to coordinate service.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in developing strategies for operational improvement and sales growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • English proficiency required; Thai language a must.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Candidates with full working rights for Thailand.
