The 
Financial Controller

will lead financial strategy, planning, and accounting operations to ensure 
financial stability, liquidity, and compliance

with accounting standards and regulations. Drive risk management and operational efficiency to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Oversight

  • Develop and monitor 
    budgets, financial forecasts
    , and strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    Thai accounting standards (TFRS)
    , tax regulations (BOI, Transfer Pricing), and financial reporting requirements.
  • Manage 
    risk mitigation strategies
     to safeguard financial continuity and stability.

Cost Optimization & Business Analysis

  • Oversee 
    product cost control
     (e.g., COGS, production cost deviations) to enhance market competitiveness.
  • Conduct 
    profitability analysis
     for investments and business cases to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize 
    inventory management
     and process efficiency.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Supervise accurate 
    monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
     processes and financial statements.
  • Manage tax compliance (Corporate Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax) and liaise with auditors.
  • Ensure adherence to 
    Transfer Pricing
     policies and BOI incentives.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor 
    cash flow, liquidity
    , and foreign exchange risks to ensure optimal financial health.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate currency fluctuation impacts.

Business Partnership & Advisory

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to analyze financial performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide actionable insights through 
    financial modeling, scenario analysis
    , and KPI tracking.

Team Management

Lead and develop four core teams:

Supply Chain Finance

  • Monitor cost drivers (capacity utilization, yield/loss rates) and optimize production costs.
  • Evaluate ROI for capital investments and process improvements.

Accounting

  • Oversee AR, AP, tax filings, and statutory reporting.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Deliver performance reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and business case studies.

Treasury

  • Manage cash reserves, banking relationships, and hedging strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in 
    Finance, Accounting, or related field
    ; CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years in 
    financial management
    , with 5+ years in a 
    leadership role
    .
  • Expertise in 
    cost accounting, tax compliance (BOI, Transfer Pricing)
    , and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in 
    financial modeling and data visualization tools
     (Power BI, Excel).
  • Fluency in 
    Thai and English
    .
