Job Purpose

To deliver end-to-end recruitment services for permanent placements — identifying, attracting, and securing high-quality candidates that meet client requirements, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand clients' business, organization structure, hiring needs, and culture.
  • Provide professional advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment process in partnership with clients to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction.

2. Candidate Management

  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, database, networking).
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure fit with client requirements.
  • Manage candidate expectations, provide interview preparation, and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding.

3. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through client expansion and new placements.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

4. Administrative & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM or ATS system.
  • Prepare job descriptions, candidate summaries, and reports for clients.
  • Comply with company policies, confidentiality standards, and quality procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proven track record in achieving recruitment or sales targets.
  • Good understanding of local labor market and talent trends.
