Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into functional specifications and system design for SAP GRC development and enhancements.
  • Design and implement control frameworks that align with key business processes such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), H2R (Hire-to-Retire), and IT processes.
  • Troubleshoot SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control) and related systems; conduct root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.
  • Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery of project tasks with high quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants by improving their functional expertise and sharing SAP GRC best practices.
  • Provide consulting and advisory support on system design, governance, risk management, and compliance to business users and management teams.
  • Participate in implementation and enhancement projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC (Access Control / Process Control) or relevant SAP functional modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, and Compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing control frameworks across major business processes (P2P, O2C, H2R, IT, etc.).
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical design specifications.
  • Solid experience in issue investigation, root cause analysis, and process improvement within SAP environments.
  • Experience leading teams or supervising junior consultants is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Certifications such as SAP GRC, CISA, CIA, CRISC, or SAP Application Associate are an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP GRC Access Control components (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM, UAR).
  • TOEIC score of at least 600 is required (score must be provided before signing the employment contract).
