YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST 

We are seeking a Senior Sustainability Analyst who is not only a strategic thinker but also hands-on and highly responsible in driving our sustainability initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our ESG strategy across our company, ensuring accountability and measurable impact. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a greener and more sustainable future for aviation.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

• Strategize and implement the broader incorporation of ESG parameters in decision-making processes group-wide, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability goals.

• Conduct and communicate impactful sustainability campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders, raising awareness and promoting engagement.

• Enhance accountability of business units to formulate and deliver ambitious sustainability targets, and meticulously measure progress against these targets.

• Monitor and track key sustainability metrics, maintaining a robust data dashboard to provide clear insights into our performance.

• Assist THE company's application for any of its listed entities to be included in relevant sustainability indexes

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of Sustainability Working Group meetings, facilitating productive discussions and decision-making.

• Participate in relevant forums and international meetings on AirAsia's Sustainability and ESG commitments, representing the company and contributing to industry best practices.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in economics, engineering, environmental science, business/management, or related field.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or climate change is preferred.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in using Google Suite Applications and MS Office.

• Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level.

• Having strategic thinking, being highly hands-on and action-oriented, a strong sense of ownership, and familiarity with working with data analytics.
