JOB TYPE: Full Time

JOB SHIFT: Night hours (Thailand time) 20:00-08:00, Sunday through Friday.

LOCATION: ASA Bangkok, Thailand Office

REPORTING TO: Manager of Security Operations

Overview:

Join our global operations team and play a key role in supporting high-impact security tasks worldwide. This position works closely with the Director of Global Operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Director of Global Operations in managing and executing incoming security tasks and client requests globally.

· Gather information, liaise with clients and vendors, and prepare service proposals and cost estimates.

· Input and maintain data in internal systems (e.g., HubSpot, accounting records, tracking sheets).

· Follow established procedures, use required templates and communication tools (e.g., Outlook, WhatsApp, Signal).

· Communicate professionally with global clients and vendors, ensuring timely responses.

· Manage tasks from initiation through completion, including clear handovers to the next shift.

· Collaborate with global teams and other departments to align operational activities.

· Draft client invoices upon task completion and ensure compliance with billing policies.

· Identify and correct data issues and highlight new vendor opportunities to management.

· Provide occasional after-hours support during emergencies, high-volume periods, or team absences.

· Uphold internal safety and compliance standards across all tasks.

· Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management

Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or in a customer-focused industry such as business operations, aviation, hospitality (e.g., hotel or restaurant management), logistics, or customer service. A strong understanding of travel management and operational coordination is essential.

Key qualifications include:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (TOEIC Score of 650 or higher)

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Well-organized, deadline-driven, and able to perform under pressure.

· Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, global, 24/7 team environment.

· Proactive and confident in asking questions or seeking clarification to ensure tasks are executed correctly.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Basic working knowledge of global geography and international travel/tourism.

· Security experience is a plus (training will be provided).

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
