Responsibilities

  • Prepare a yearly training plan and course announcement to dealers.
  • Determine course content according to objectives.
  • Prepare training material, classroom and all related.
  • Evaluate technical employees and identify weaknesses.
  • Conducting follow-up assessments to confirm employees' technical skills have improved.
  • Stay up to-date on technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • Work Experience:Automotive industry background: 3-5 years
  • Education Background:Bachelor degree
  • Major Subject:Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication, coaching and training skill.
  • Self-motivation and adaptable to work with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details.
  • Fluent in English (written, listen and spoken).
  • High general computer skill in Ms Office
  • Able to travel upcountry or oversea.
