Responsibilities:


• Carry out analysis on training needs using techniques such as Training Needs Analysis, Training Specific Task Analysis, Training Options, and Gap Analysis.


• Create and deliver training including curriculum, training, exams, ultimately.


• Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for all levels of training.


• Become an expert on the product as needed.


• Work with other members in UDTO, Project, and Support teams to build up and improve the training capability within the company.


• Assist with training plans, and provide data as needed, at bid stage.


• Plan and publish a yearly training calendar covering all technical training related to Operators


• Maintain relevant Machine, Equipment and Tools of Technical training centre


• Work safety and minimize affect to environment according to work instruction


• Perform according to the safety and environment rules and use safety equipment properly

Requirements


• High Vocational / Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical a related field


• Require experience on automotive business or related field 10 years minimum


• Good problem-solving skill and strong leadership


• Analyse Course Materials and Learner Information


• Establish and Maintain Instructor credibility


• Effective Questioning Skills and Techniques


• Use Instructional Methods Appropriately


• Good in MS offices (especially PowerPoint)


• Fair of spoken and written English


• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills and self-driven
