What you'll be doing:

Strategic Planning and Management

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy targets for commercial/residential properties.
  • Analyze and stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform leasing strategies.
  • Set annual leasing targets and budget forecasts in collaboration with the management team.

Leasing Operations

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry professionals.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Financial Management

  • Setting rental rates and lease terms in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and optimizing rental income, occupancy rates, and overall leasing performance with financial metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage the Leasing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve objectives.
  • Analyze leasing data and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for the properties.

People Management

  • Lead and manage a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure leasing goals are met.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • 7 years+ of experience in progressive experience in leasing management within the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to draft and execute lease agreements.
  • Leadership skills and an ability to ensure a high standard of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport effectively.
  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and manage the productivity.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
