Pendulum limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professional to take on the position of:Senior Client Advisor or Client Advisor

Location: Bangkok Branch

What You'll Contribute

  • Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional watch-buying experience aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while consistently providing outstanding service to all clients
  • Proactively identify and maximize sales opportunities by applying professional and effective sales techniques
  • Build long-term client relationships through meaningful engagement and the use of clienteling tools to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Manage and nurture relationships with VIP clients while developing and maintaining a strong prospective client database
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide excellent after-sales service to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, taking full ownership and accountability for results
  • Work collaboratively as a team player and actively participate in all activities that support store objectives
  • Continuously learn and master brand history, product knowledge and watch expertise to confidently advise clients

Your Background & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in watch retail or retail sales, preferably within the luxury segment
  • Proven experience in serving, building and engaging VIP clients is a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship skills
  • Client-centric mindset with a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong team player with high motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • High sense of responsibility with strong ownership of tasks and results
  • Genuine passion for luxury brands and a strong interest in the retail and fashion industry
  • Proficiency in Thai and English
