Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to sales performance and operational efficiency. Prepare reports and support budget planning for the team head.
  2. Prepare presentations and communication materials to support meetings and management updates.
  3. Collaborate with other departments — including Accounting, Marketing, Product, and Operations — to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  4. Monitor the progress and results of strategic initiatives, prepare performance reports for executives, and recommend necessary actions to keep performance on track.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  3. Proactive, hardworking, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Solid understanding of fundamental economics, portfolio management, financial and accounting principles.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and all levels of the organization.
  6. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant tools.
  7. Korean language skill is an advantage. Candidates who can communicate in Korean will be considered favorably.
