Assistant Marketing Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand's launch and growth. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, creative flair, and operational expertise to manage and execute all aspects of our marketing efforts. If you are passionate about coffee, have a keen eye for brand aesthetics, and are experienced in social media marketing and brand building, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Setup and Execution:

2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish and grow the brand's presence in the market.

3. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.

4. Social Media & Digital Marketing:

5. Manage all touchpoints across brands platform; Ensuring digital and influencer management efforts are optimized, relevant and targeted to the right consumer segments

6. Create, manage, and optimize content across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Optimize advertising budget regarding the given KPI.
7. Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive customer interaction and brand loyalty.
8. PR management; manage influencer and VIP stakeholder properly
9. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

10. Brand Building:

11. Contribute to the development of brand identity and visual design elements, ensuring consistency and trendiness across all marketing materials.

12. Stay abreast of current trends in branding and design to keep brand image fresh and appealing.
13. Collaborate with designers and other creatives to produce high-quality brand assets.

14. Marketing Production:

15. Manage the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.

16. Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
17. Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's voice and values.

18. Customer Engagement:

19. Foster a strong connection with our customer base through engaging marketing tactics and personalized experiences.

20. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually refine marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

21. Promotion and Partnership management

22. Manage all brand's selling channels by working with key strategic partners to take care of the promotion/campaign/NPD accuracy in all selling channels including In-store, Delivery and E-commerce.

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills:

2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

3. Experience and Skills:

4. Proven experience in marketing execution, brand management, and social media marketing.

5. Strong hands-on experience with the initial setup of a brand, including strategic planning and operational execution.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a trendy, strong brand identity.

7. Passion for Coffee:

8. A genuine passion for coffee and an understanding of the specialty coffee market.

9. Enthusiasm for creating memorable coffee experiences and connecting with coffee enthusiasts.

10. Design and Aesthetics:

11. A good taste in brand and design with the ability to oversee and contribute to creative processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

·       Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any fields

·       Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing-related or advertising/media agency roles

·       Good Command of English and Thai

·       Able to understand and interpret data well

·       Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
