Job Decription:

  • Assortment planning & merchandising: Collaborated with category teams to analyze historical data and market trends, identifying assortment gaps and ensuring optimal product selection.
  • Seller acquisition: Initiated strategic seller leads to address assortment gaps and partnered with the vendor acquisition team to onboard and incubate new sellers.
  • Seller management: Served as the primary business advisor and account manager for a large portfolio of Fashion sellers, driving their growth through campaign planning, performance communication, and guidance on optimizing platform tools.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • At least 0-3 years of experience in retail/e-commerce or business development preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent partner management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with constant can-do attitude to contribute to team strategy.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
